Project Manager (Document Management), Basel - Pharmaceutical

Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for a Senior Project Manager to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel.
For this temporary assignment with an extension opportunity we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is available ASAP.

Scope of the project:
The role is to lead the Business Transition Project through effective and proactive stakeholder management including sound planning, detailed dependency and risk management. The project is composed of multiple work streams for the business engagement, deployment planning and tracking and migrations tools center of excellence. This role is to provide the leadership of the overall project, organizing and leading the project managers responsible for the individual workstreams.
The senior project manager will report into the Team Head of IT Infrastructure Project Management and closely collaborate with the heads of "Shared Platforms" and "Collaboration and Mobility" functions.
Your profile:
- 10+ years' experience in IT Project Management
- Leadership skills
- Experience in managing complex organizational change and creating high performance environments
- Experience with Document Management Platform Deployment and/or Migrations will be highly appreciated
- Experience in virtual & international team settings
- Previous experience within a pharmaceutical environment would be a plus
- CSV background such as in working with IT Quality will be a nice to have
- PMP/Prince 2 certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with the Google suite will be preferred
- Excellent cross-functional influencing and negotiations skills
- Business communication in English
