Are you an experienced senior JAVA Developer/JAVA Entwickler looking for a new contract job in Switzerland? Does your experience go beyond pure development to include design, requirements gathering, project management of small projects and testing? Do you have strong JAVA EE skills (including EJB and JSF exposure)? If so this could be the perfect contract job for you.
In this JAVA Developer contract job, you will be working for a well respected digital agency based here in Zürich. The team you will be joining take responsibility for developing a number of different digital services for clients across a number of sectors (including banking, insurance and telco).
In this contract job you will work on site at a financial services client based in Lucerne/Luzern. In this position you will be responsible for developing a multi tier core application. To be successful in this role you will have strong core JAVA and JEE experience including knowledge of EJB's. You will have previously implemented REST services and have experience with ideally the Weblogic Application Server.
The client requires fluent German language skills and that the successful applicant lives in Lucerne or is comfortable travelling to Lucerne on a daily basis.
This is an initial 9 month contract and there is a very good chance of extension, this contract is available at an 80 or 100 percent basis with a maximum daily rate of 850 CHF per day depending on experience.
