Security Engineer for Desk top security engineering.

This role is for a Security Engineer who will join highly skilled desktop security engineering team responsible for design and produce secure, stable, and with good user experience build for desktop, laptop, VM and tablet based on Microsoft and Intel Security landscape.

The role includes actvivities related with cooperation with stakeholdes (Product Managers, Solution and Security Architects), design, documentation preparation and testing.

The Security Engineer will be required to take security requirements from security architecture and product management and will improve current solution for Endpoint Security.

The candidate will be responsible for product evaluation, solution design, build and configuration of test environment.

The candidate should have qualification decribed below, proven experience in scope of similar products and solutions.

Must have an understanding of the security requirements of a Desktop build within a financial Institution and the ability to interpret security standards and ensure adherence to them.

Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, be extremely self-motivated, be able to work with minimal guidance and have the ability to own problems through to resolution. Ability to collaborate across a diverse global team.

5 years+ experience in relevant disciplines

Very good English communication skills

Thorough knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10)

Strong experience of debugging applications on a Windows platform

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security Products and Features (Bitlocker, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Intel Security Products and Features (McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Drive Encryption, Host Intrustion Prevention, VirusScan for Enterprise, McAfee Endpoint Security 10.1, etc.)

Previous experience of integration work

Knowledge of Active Directory, especially Group Policies

Knowledge of PKIs and Smartcard

Knowledge of PowerShell

Knowledge of MSI and packaging methodologies

Knowledge of ITIL processes
