For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Project Management Officer - FATCA experience (3827)
Role description:
- Support central FATCA Program in ensuring governance and delivery in International Locations according to overall plan
- Coordinate consistent implementation of all FATCA requirements and activities across all FATCA-relevant locations
- Key liaison for all international locations and BA Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management of EMEA locations with reporting line to BPL and BA Lead
- Tracking and implementation of program milestones in EMEA locations
- Ensuring adequate communication towards locations and program stakeholders (incl. project status reports, KRI reports, etc.)
- Offering pro-active and service-oriented support to BPL and locations in order to ensure compliance and timely deliveries of regulatory milestones
- Leading independent, regular calls/meetings/workshops/trainings with locations and all other relevant program stakeholders
- Ensuring management of all relevant project documentation and tools
- Ensuring timely communication of risks and issues to BA Lead (incl. needed escalations) and program
- Deputizing BPL whenever necessary and possible
Qualifications:
- Several years of PMO/Senior PMO experience in a banking environment
- Recent exposure to FATCA and other regulatory topics
- Work experience with teams/in organization set up that deals with regulatory requirements in an international context
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
- Project Management knowhow/certification is desirable
- In-depth knowhow and keen interesting in becoming an SME in regulatory topics
