Job Description: Your role
Do you have a knack for analysing IT business processes? Are you able to manage projects efficiently? We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
- determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- assist in quality control and project management
- identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
Your team
You'll be working in the Risk Strategic Change team in Zurich. Our role is to find strategic solutions for Market and Credit Risk infrastructure.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience applying business analysis techniques
- experience and knowledge about financial markets, risk control and regulatory environment
- the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements (you know what they really want)
- knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- an understanding of the software development life cycle
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
You are:
- passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
- technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
- fluent in English
