Beschreibung

Harvey Nash is looking for a Requisition-to-Payment Accountant/Nordic for a 5+ month project in Switzerland.

You are responsible for

. Executing Accounts Payable, activities for a FSC market and providing timely and accurate output as requested by the market accounting regulations
. Training other team members and be co-responsible of the output quality and accuracy level
. Proposing and driving continuous improvement and processing excellence initiatives to raise the quality output and bring the KPI at target
. Acting a business champion to review SOD, User access and NFCM controls and ensuring highest level of compliance is obtained

Requirements

. Processing of 3rd party, T&E and intercompany invoices, ensuring highest level of quality and accuracy (30-50%)
. Performing NFCM control (SOX Compliance), segregation of duties and user access reviews
. Proposing and posting month end accruals
. Executing month and month end reconciliations
. Participating to internal and external projects and initiatives
. Training other team members and onboarding new joiners
. Supporting other R2P teams in case of need
. Degree in finance and/or accounting or relevant experience
. 2 to 3 years in account payable department (preferably shared services)
. Command of English (Advanced level) and preferably one other European (FSC) language. A Nordic language would be an advantage (S, FI, DK, N).
