Beschreibung

Senior PMO wanted for our international Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence would be a plus
  • Familiarity with Project Portfolio tool, OnePPM would be an advantage
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus

Your tasks:

  • Communicating and coordinating with different streams as a single point of contact
  • Acting as personal assistant to the head of the IT department head and selective direct reports
  • Supporting meetings and workshops of the management team such as coordinating logistics, preparing materials etc.
  • Performing communications and management data administration (eg maintaining departmental SharePoint, assisting in tracking KPIs and financials)
  • Facilitating the IT Workforce management activities
