For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:

Services Quality Improvement Specialist

to provide custom development and code fix services to our client's Business Solutions Streams.

This covers the definition, documentation and implementation of related processes and associated tools, as well as communication and training to the Application Delivery Services community.

Responsibilities will include:

Formalise the processes associated to the Improvement Plan:

  • Lifecycle and Governance of Improvement Initiatives and Plan
  • Tracking of the progress of Improvement Initiatives as well as Reporting

Finalise existing tools/create new tools associated to the management of the Improvement Plan:

  • Repository of Initiatives in SharePoint TeamSite
  • Implementation of a Workflow associated to this list
  • Reporting and Dash-boarding

Produce the user documentation related to the defined processes

  • Training documents
  • User Guide and Quick reference Guide

Manage Operational activities associated to the Improvement Plan

  • Organisation of Governance Meetings and production of associated minutes
  • Production/communication of reports and dashboards
  • Proposal/selection of new initiatives
  • Gathering of Improvement Plan user requirements and improvement proposals
  • Update of information repositories (TeamSite, Intranet, Newsletter)

Contribute to the realisation of Improvement Initiatives

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in implication/leading of development activities in SAP and/or Microsoft technologies
  • Waterfall and SCRUM delivery models
  • Process definition and modelling
  • Expert in Project Management
  • Proficient in Excel data management, pivot tables and graphs
  • Experience with SAP SOLMAN is a plus
  • LEAN and Six Sigma experience would be a plus
  • Advanced user knowledge of SharePoint TeamSite
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2016 in the first instance.

The client is located in the canton of Vaud. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
