For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a
Support Analyst
for a 6 months' assignment

The primary role of the Support Analyst is to handle user queries and incidents as outlined in the IT Service Catalogue, and to resolve per documented procedures and in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements. More experienced Support Analysts will have specialized Application/infrastructure knowledge and be able to perform minor changes (eg write scripts, read code, change batch jobs) in order to resolve more complex or unique problems and/or devise workarounds. In addition, they would be expected to set out the framework and standards in this discipline.

Service Description:
*Good market Data services know how on technical level (TREPS/RMDS/Bloomberg)
*Good market Data services know how on content Windows admin Linux/Unix admin
*Good Scripting know how
*Good communication skills
*Strong in project management
