For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

Junior Supporter (Manufacturing Systems)

Project background:

For the Manufacturing IT Team our client is looking for someone to support our Manufacturing Execution Systems on site. S/he will perform the 2nd Level Support for the applications, working following ITIL and CSV guidelines, define, run and document changes within the system.
The candidate will be in close collaboration with Business, Quality Assurance and global IT and will also support running projects. To be prepared for the job an intensive training will be carried out at the beginning of the employment.

Main tasks:

Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area…
2nd Level Support
Support of projects
Once onboard on call support
Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers
Qualifications:

1-2 year experience with Application management
Degree in Informatics or engineering
Experience in specifying, configuring, testing and documenting of systems and applications
Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation
Good technical understanding with good networked thinking
Good communication skills
German speaking
SQL/Oracle knowledge
Nice to have:

Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV)
English
Project Experience
Start: ASAP
Duration: 8 months + possible extension
Location Basel area
