IT Project Manager - Payment Solutions wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering, MBA or other related advanced degree as well as PMI or PMP certification will be of advantage
- 8+ years of relevant working experience as well as very good understanding of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software
- Strong knowledge of delivering IT system integration projects in financial services, preferably in payment area as well as knowledge of Visual Basic, Java and SQL
- Know-how of global and domestic payment methods, flows, services and processing as well as excellent understanding of front to back testing
- Experience in waterfall and agile methodology as well as IPMA qualification
- Languages: English and German fluent
Your tasks:
- Planning coordinating and evaluating project activities as well as conducting backup, security and user help system
- Assessing the computing needs and system requirements by consulting with users, managers, vendors and technicians
- Supporting users with computer problems as well as recruiting, training and managing staff
- Assessing project feasibility and requirements by evaluating data processing proposals
- Developing and defining organizational goals, policies, and procedures as well as developing computer information resources to provide data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery
