For a longer term project at our client site in Geneva, the French part of Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced
Project Manager for technical infrastructure area (3746)
For this exciting position, we are looking for a matching candidate with a proven track record as Project Manager with large technical know-how. The designated candidate is responsible for shaping/scoping, planning and delivering projects for technical infrastructure, maintenance and support teams. Detailed responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.
Your qualifications:
- University degree/s in administration, computer engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business and IT management
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong written skills in English and a second language of Switzerland's national languages, preferably French
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills and demonstrated ability to deliver results in-time and under pressure
Your future responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in realizing project goals
- Coordinate technical infrastructer & maintenance projects over their full life cycle
- Work with team members to analyse and formalize business requirements, develop business cases, shape project/program proposals with the stakeholders
- Organize the communication and manage the stakeholders of your projects
- Build and keep up to date the project plans and monitor progress
- Identify dependencies and coordinate issue resolution
- Proactively manage risks and mitigation
- Coordinate activities with other IT teams and Service Delivery Managers
