My client is looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer with the following duties:
- Working 5 days/week from 09:00 to 17:00 CET
- Overtimes will occur often and notice can be even during the day
- Replacement for vacations
- English speaking
- Senior knowledge on windows 8.1/10, office 2016
- Senior knowledge and experience on video conference. We use Bluejeans, skype for business and Polycom VC systems
- Basic knowledge or audio console set up and microphones
- Part of responsibilities are the meeting rooms set up with different layouts ( need to move chairs and portable desks )
- Communicate with internal teams and with vendors
- 20% travelling
- Reachability for non-working hours on mobile phone that client will provide.
