Role: User Experience Researcher
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Duration: 9 months
User Experience (UX) Researchers strive to learn what they need and want from our products and services. As a UX Researcher, you conduct research, analyze real user behavior and work with User Interface Designers, Products Manager and Engineers to develop and improve product features. We strive to the connect users to the magic of our products, and your job is to make that connection intuitive and accessible. You determine and evaluate features contributing to user experience. You conduct research, identify product and customer requirements and evaluate the user experience.
Responsibilities:
Design and conduct user studies to gauge the usability of new and existing features
Make concrete, data-driven recommendations for change based on your findings
Communicate with team members throughout the process
Preferred qualifications:
MS, or PhD program in human computer interaction, cognitive psychology, information science or a related field
Experience conducting user research
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
Strong analytical skills
Strong technical background is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid knowledge of web design principles
