Work Scope:
1, Deal with different requirements for all Employees and take in charge of Events in Bern Office;
2, Manage Bern Reception and be official backup of Bern Reception;
3, Facility Check and Report, Goods Purchase and AC Report Collection, Supplier Contact for Bern Office;
4, Remote Control, Support Goods Purchase and AC Report Collection for 7 Regional Offices;
5, Invoice Problems Solving for All Offices Facility Suppliers;
6, Onsite Support for Asset, Accommodation and Canteen in Bern (follow the instruction from Zurich Specialist).
