Communications Specialist (IT migration projects), Basel - Pharma

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel, we are looking for a communications specialist with strong experience in change and IT projects.
This is a long term contracting position starting from May 2016 until February 2017 with the opportunity of an extension.
In this position, you as Communications Expert will support the OCM Lead and other project streams with generating communications material for various media (slides, targeted emails, newsletters, g+ forum posts etc.). In addition you will also support the preparation and execution of kick-off workshops. Another key task of the communications specialist will be to support the definition of communication strategy and prepare defined communication material. At least, you will also prepare overview presentations, newsletter updates etc.
To be the best at this role, it would help a great deal if you have the following qualifications:
- 5 years' experience within a multinational company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Workshop facilitation
- Proven track experience of communications roles in projects with high complexity
- Experience in Change and IT projects
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English languages skills (ideally English native speaker or equivalent proficiency), additional languages are a plus
- Strong interest for new technologies and familiarity with Google Suite (esp. gSites and G+ forums)
- Previous experience in Pharma would be an advantage
- Experience in desktop migration projects
- Certification in change methodologies such as Prosci
- University degree in Communication Management
- German language is a nice to have
- Experience with creating training approaches and trainings
