On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with strong experience in managing events.

This is a 1 year contracting position starting from May 2016 until May 2017 with the opportunity of another year extension

Performing in this role you will:

  • Realize SPOC for the customer on Video Conferencing and Webcast Events
  • Realize Pre Event support for the customer based on phone e-mail or face-to-face contact
  • Consult the customer with the meeting setup based on the requirements
  • Provide end-user training for end-users and admins
  • Support Webcast events in auditorium
  • Coordinate external providers
  • Make site consulting for new VC and Webcast facilities (eg Studios, Auditorium)
  • Realize the maintenance of HPSM

You bring for this role the following qualifications:

  • of 1 years' experience with audio/video conferencing or webcast within an international environment
  • Experience in managing events
  • Experience with HPSM
  • Good experience with Google/G-docs
  • Proficiency in English and German, any additional languages are an asset
  • Good technical understanding
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
