Junior German speaking Application Manager Manufacturing IT - SQL - Oracle - Application Management

We are currently looking for a Junior German speaking to be part of the MES team (Manufacturing Execution System). You will be performing the 2nd Level Support for the applications that are managed and you will be following ITIL and CSV guidelines, defining, running and documenting changes within the system.

You will be working in close collaboration with Business, Quality Assurance and Global IT; you will also support some running projects.

An intensive training will be provided at the beginning.

Your tasks:

Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area
2nd Level Support
Support of projects
Once onboard on call support
Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers

Your profile:

1-2 year experience with Application management
. Degree in Informatics or engineering
Experience in specifying, configuring, testing and documenting of systems and applications
Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation
Good technical understanding with good networked thinking
Good communication skills
GERMAN speaking Mandatory
SQL/Oracle knowledge

Nice to have:

+++ Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
+++ Experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV)
+++ English
++ Project Experience

You would be expected to start in May; if not, it's also possible to start Mid-June.

This role is 100% onsite, no remote option possible.
