Next Ventures are currently looking for a SAP BW developer to assist with the migration of Web Template 3.x to 7.x for a leading global company in Basel.
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of Web Templates experience with 3.x and 7.x
- SAP BW7.4 based on HANA
- SAP Portal Integration with BW
- WAD Web Templates 3.x and ideally 7.x
Other Development Skills:
- Expertise in ABAP development for SAP BW
- Knowledge in ABAP OO development and BSP Technology
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in requirement gathering and clarification
- Ability to recognize requirements whose implementation would increase the risk of system failure, increase the system complexity, cause performance loss, increase maintenance cost, impact other systems/process or decrease usability
- Ability to propose alternative requirements
- Experience in complex system landscape with regional/local exceptions
- Experience in digging into the details and verifying consistency of an apparently simple requirements that is in fact complex due to the system complexity, process diversity between regions or data quality issues.
Unit testing experience - the developer must be able to test his/her own code
Fluent English
Nice to Have:
- Pharma experience
- Usability knowledge in developing Front End solutions to the users (dashboard and reports with common sense on the look and feel)
