Role:
Software engineers joining the Hardware-Software-Framework scrum teams provide a service oriented framework and base components on Linux/C++ for various Instrument Control Software projects.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience developing projects in the Embedded area running with Linux (Debian, Ubuntu)
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in software development projects covering Real Time systems in C++
- Experience developing and mastering development environments (configuration tools, automation, simulation)
- OOA/OOD with UML
- Linux shells, git,
- written/oral communication in English
- High quality awareness and customer orientation.
The following skills would be a plus:
- Degree in Software Engineering or related field.
- development of machine control software
- Experience working in agile development teams
- Python, vim
- German skills
