Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager - Application Migration Lead on IAM Deployment Project for a 8 month project in Switzerland.
The role is to plan, prepare and execute the deployment of new/adapted IAM processes and the application, user account and profile migrations.
You are responsible for
. Leveraging and expanding the wave 1 established processes to make them fit for wave 2
. Collaborating with Business Analysts and OCM leads to manage the application scope, application owners liaisons, ExBP business process teams and technical, ie system engineering teams
. Analyzing the migration scope of wave 2 and defining the adequate migration strategy and methods
. Defining the migration planning and preparation process to be applied (including any preparation and changes that will happen at the application team side and coordinate the related communication & collaboration with the OCM representative)
. Defining and establishing a standard, repeatable migration service and supporting migration factory
. Establishing the process and means for scheduling and executing all migrations, including monitoring and reporting progress, managing/resolving issues throughout migration execution
. Establishing and maintaining a strong liaison with target system support and operations organizations to successfully plan and execute migrations and handover to operations
. Creating and maintaining detailed activity plans and regularly report status/progress; supporting the management of dependencies to other project streams and deliverables
. Taking part in the projects RAID management and escalation processes
Requirements
. 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT Project Manager using structured project management processes and working with globally distributed teams
. Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
. Strong stakeholder management skills
. Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
. Excellent English language skills; German, Spanish, other languages nice to have
. Experience with projects of similar nature and scale
. High proficiency in working in virtual teams and across time zones is a must
. Experience with IAM projects
. CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality and compliance aspects
