For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a GEAR Business Analyst for One Wealth Management Platform Program:
START: 01.05.16
DURATION: 6 months
LOCATION: Zürich
A Business Analyst analyses any business related processes that include banking, organizational, application- related and other operational processes and procedures and develops proposals for change or enhancement. This role would typically be found in a project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts - Test the software and ensure software quality. - Provide post-implementation and production/business support
Key Deliverables:
- Process documentation
Business requirements documentation
Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
Required Skills:
* Profound banking knowhow and/or financial and management accounting know-how
* Experience in requirements engineering, process modelling and Datamodelling
* The ability to analyse complex systems; strong analytical and conceptual skills, quality awareness
* Understanding of business architecture
* Excellent database (SQL, Oracle)
* ETL and data warehousing knowledge
