For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
Professional Communications and Training Solution Specialist (50%)
About the role:
For a global informatics project, which will deploy a global videostreaming and video-on-demand solution and portal accessible to all users, our client is looking for a specialist in following three areas: training, communication and change management.
The consultant will work with the following key roles:
- OCM/Training and Communications Workstream Lead, who plans and coordinates change management, training and communications on the project and defines the strategies for all 3 areas
- Training Solution Manager, who does the Training Needs Analysis, defines training strategies and develops a training concept for the project and who also test the training materials
- Vendor that designs the trainings
- Pilot Lead with pilot users (to test training concept and training materials)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in as a Communications Specialist within IT area
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language - English essential, other languages definitely a plus eg German, Spanish and French
- Experience in writing and creating communications materials
- Experience in providing training to users eg as an IT Trainer - the candidate would not need to carry out trainings, but to prepare the training material
- Strong customer service orientation
Nice to have:
- Pharma experience
- Experience with training, change management and communications in large global IT projects
- Experience with international projects
- Certification in Prosci Organization Change Management/Familiar with the ADKAR Model
- Degree in Communications

Duration: 5 months
Location: Basel (partial remote work possible)
