We at Experis are looking for a Senior Digital Change Manager for an exciting contracting position starting from April until the end of the year, for one of the biggest pharmaceutical company based in Basel.
About the position:
Your main mission as a Senior Digital Change Manager will be to support the Digital Program Manager in internal communication. In fact, you will work closely with the internal teams and specific affiliates to implement the digital Ecosystem.
Furthermore, you will be also in charge of ensuring that the affiliates have a clear understanding of the Digital Ecosystem offering such as its main associated tools and platform.
Finally, as an expert in Digital Change Management, you will provide examples and best practices to support local Digital/Business processes and also assure issue and risk management while coordinating escalation process.
You bring to this role:
- 5 to 10 years' experience in Digital Marketing within a pharmaceutical environment or in a Digital agency
- Strong experience with Web Platforms, Digital tactics and Digital analytics
- Good experience with Digital Cross Chanel Integration and Digital transformation
- Very good communication skills with fluency in English with the ability to engage cross-functional audiences
- Flexibility to travel regionally
