Beschreibung

Harvey Nash is looking for a Windows10 Office & Manual Installed App Manager for an 11 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate responsible for the app categories that are not packaged for deployment via System Center and Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Access). The resource has the task to provide a process description to all requesters and to manage the provisioning process for the two different app categories. The candidate is to manage the whole clearing process for the Office & Manual Installed Applications which will be impacted by the project.

You are responsible for:

. Conceptional work (design process & communication to stakeholder)
. Working closely together with the other members inside the application readiness workstream
. Ensuring the testing is executed in the planned timelines
. Coordinating all testing activities with the assigned business partner for this app category
. Ensuring that all Office apps and manual installed apps can be tested on the target platform
. Management reporting and escalation
. Preparation and follow-up of escalations
. SPOC for all requests in this application category
. Liaison with the Portfolio and Release Manager for Windows client requirements and issues
. Contributing to the communication regarding testing and remediation
. Helping managing the Project Stream mailbox (review, assign, label e-mails as required)
. Ensuring database for this app category is up-to-date

Requirements

. Minimum of 5 years experience in migration/deployment projects (eg rollout projects), preferably as Business Analyst/Project Manager and ideally in the app readiness area
. Solid technical understanding of OS, MS Office apps and manual installation processes
. Working independently and proactive, used to work without direct supervision
. Structured way of working with a strong focus on teamwork.
. Experience in virtual, international team settings
. Good communicator, able to connect to different stakeholders on different levels.
. Able to create a fast working relationship with the change director, application owners and the engineering team.
. ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in Service Management
. Background in application testing, ideally test management esp. for migration readiness
. Microsoft Office knowledge, strong Windows 7 or 10 skills
. German, Spanish, and/or Polish
. Business-fluid in English, both verbally and in writing
