Senior IT Service Manager/OS/Cloud

Description:

1.Bachelor's degree and above, profession in Information Technology or related specialty

2. At least 10 years of experience from IT industry working experience, be familiar with major ITO solution and architecture design. At least 5 years of experience from Solution Architecture relevant working experience.

3. Be familiar with IMS&AMS relevant technical solution design and deployment.

4.Acceptable for international long-term assignment and short-term business trip

5.Excellent communication skill and team play

6.Fluent English communication skill both in listening, oral, reading and writing

7.Priority for experience in Global top IT or Consultant Company such as IBM,HP(EDS),Accenture, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc

8.Priority for Cloud operation service delivery experience in Amazon AWS,IBM Soft layer and Microsoft Azure

Job Base location: Zurich, Switzerland

Job title Senior IT Service Manager (Server/OS/Cloud)

Overview Overview

IT service manager entails designing, creating and maintaining the company's IT services. While leading the company's IT team, the IT service manager strives to develop a reliable IT service and improve the organization's existing IT service infrastructure. The main task is to provide the proper and reliable IT service to the company's external customers. The tasks can include continually building the CRM database, focusing on determining and meeting customers' needs, planning new services, and updating existing ones in line with the best practices of project management, including cost and schedule estimation and risk analysis. IT service managers are responsible for maintaining a high-level standard when dealing with the company's IT services, and for foreseeing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise, either with the company's IT systems or a client's. Telco IT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize server OS operation relevant policy, process and standard operation procedure.

2. Develop health check list for server and OS operation.

3. Support major project solution design, bidding and delivery.

4. Provide technical consultant and transformation solution.

5. Direct major problem troubleshooting, analysis and solution in project.

6. Develop and maintain training documents to enable delivery team.
