Enterprise Risk Manager (Senior) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the development of risk framework and scenario concepts and assuring their alignment and accuracy
- Collaborating with global risk and Front Office stakeholders to describe and record the relevant processes along with roles and responsibilities in terms of risk appetite framework operation and governance
- Describing and recording relevant processes plus roles and responsibilities in terms of risk appetite framework operation and governance
- Scripting policies for the stress testing and risk appetite along with setting up and documenting the suitable stress testing and risk appetite reporting processes and formats
- Backing up the setup and documentation of a holistic risk and scenario inventory
Your experience/skills:
- Several years of proven track record of analytical risk function in banking
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Solid experience in risk appetite, stress testing and regulatory submissions, esp. Pillar II
- Profound organization and coordination skills with the competency to challenge quality and consistency of documents
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
