IT Analyst - Analysis - Unix - SQL - DB2 - Bank - Zurich - Requirement - Support - Engineer
Main tasks:
- Supervision of production support
- Responsible for the incident-, change-, release-, and problem management
- Issue assessment
- Gathering business requirements and transform them into functional requirements specifications for software vendors
- GAP specification within existing documents
- End user- and 2nd level support
- develop database queries and ad-hoc reports
- Engineering and implementation
- Track 3rd party vendor on deliverables
- Ongoing maintenance of the application OBS-Tax
- System test and roll out of new functionality
- Documentation
Your profile:
- University degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management
- Good technical knowledge about Linux
- Good knowledge in DB2
- Good requirement engineering skills
- Work experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL and/or MS-SQL Server T-SQL
- Experienced in maintaining 3rd level application support
- Banking knowhow, especially about financial instruments (Bonds, Funds, FX, TOFF,..)
- Fluent in German and English
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
