Data Analyst for Windows 10+ Data Analysis & Reporting

The Windows 10+ Data Analyst is responsible for implementing the reporting of KPIs as defined by the project. Furthermore, the Data Analyst provides ad-hoc data analysis and pre-defined reports to various inquiries by the Windows 10+ project team and the project’s stakeholders.

The purpose of this role is to manage the data analysis required for application readiness, organizational change management, deployment planning, and build reporting services for the deployment progress. Furthermore the candidate is the project’s liaison in case a rollout tool needs to be interfaced, ensuring that all required data (user and machine data) can be provided.

For this, the candidate will be required to analyze existing company data sources, as well as to build database/data warehouse for the project (merging the existing data sources) and build pre-defined reports that can be embedded in gSites.
Working language is English. High proficiency in working virtually is a must.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Build up reporting platform for Windows 10+ project by consolidating different data sources (user data from a SQL-based data warehouse, SCCM reporting data, Active Directory data for machines, information from Application readiness tool etc.)
* Identify which reports are required for which target audience by working together with the project streams
* Design these reports and their automated creation and publishing, and provide them to different stakeholder via various media (published to gSite, as part of presentations etc.)
* Support project with creation of ad-hoc reports

Qualifications:
* Technical and functional knowledge in the field of relational databases (preferred MS SQL Server) and in spreadsheet tools (Excel and Google Sheets)
* Report generation and automatization (MS Reporting Services, VBA, Google-based or similar)
* Experience in defining and calculating KPIs for various levels of management
* Very good analytic skills
* Experience in virtual, international team settings
* Business-fluid English, both verbal and written

Nice to Have
+++ Previous experience with reporting out of SCCM (this tool is being used, but would otherwise be explained)
+++ Automated generation and presentation of statistics on Google sites
++ Previous experience in client rollouts (knowledge about what types of reports are required for such a project)
+ Previous pharma experience
+ German, Spanish, French and/or Polish
