For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for an Avaloq-Business Analyst for Cost and Fees:
Start: ASAP Position: Contracting or Pemanent Location: Zürich
Role Purpose:
The AM Front CRM Processes team consists of Avaloq specialists in the CRM and the Cost & Fee area. We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Parameterisation Specialist/Business Analyst to strengthen our team in the area Cost & Fees. Candidates are expected to provide business analysis as well as parameterisation skills and have significant work experience with the core banking solution Avaloq. Focus will be on incident management and solution developing in the C&F area.
- Key accountabilities:
- Business analysis, specification and implementation (parameterisation) in the area of Cost & Fees
- Thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
- Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
- Stakeholder management including business & technical end user consulting
- Service management: Post Go Live 3rd level support
- Change management: Support specific projects, provide conclusions and recommendations, developing the agreed scope on time and in budget
Must have skills:
- Experience in working in an international team with native and non-native English speakers
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
- Avaloq certification
- Strong Avaloq parameterisation know-how
- PL/SQL skills
- Project management
- Oracle database know-how (preferred)
- German written and spoken (preferred)
Preferred background:
- University degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering
- Experience in business analysis, consulting
- At least 3-5 years of Banking experience in C&F area (Business Know How)
- At least 3-5 years of Avaloq experience
- Education in banking (preferred)
