Beschreibung

For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a IT Requirements Engineer

Location: Zurich

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Languages: English and German is a big plus

Must have skills

  • Flexible on the focus of this assignment.
  • Higher education or degree preferably in Information Technology or Banking, alternatively an equivalent education in one of these areas
  • Banking knowledge
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Data Warehouse area
  • Know how to set up requirements in a data warehouse
  • Design of reports for Business intelligence area
  • Sql skills required
  • Interest in large data bases, warehousing and business intelligence
  • Experience working in a large multinational organization with global teams
  • Credit Risk knowledge would be very beneficial or willingness to learn about it
  • Solid problem solving ability and excellent analytical skills as well as outstanding communication skills
  • Open-minded and highly flexible team-player with the motivation to contribute to technical improvements and to become acquainted with different challenges in an interesting environment
  • Fluency in English and German is preferred

We offer:

  • A challenging and exciting position as Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst for the area Data Delivery Services Credit Risk with knowledge in Data Quality Management, Data Integration, Feeder Management etc.
  • Responsibility for project- and application related requirements engineering work products in terms of time, budget and quality as well as to provide planning input for the IT project managers regarding requirements engineering tasks
  • Propose efficient solutions for the business requirements by analysing, evaluating and prioritizing various solution options as well as challenging business requirements in a proactive way
  • Review and analyses business and IT application models and documents, maintain requirements project and application documentation
  • Interact with business, IT and test experts from various areas within the bank (CH and international)
  • Support the test manager and testing team by active communication and reviewing test cases
  • Support offshore cooperation by actively improving processes, communication and cultural understanding
