Performance Test Engineer
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with HP Performance Center and Precise i3 experience for a contract role at one of the big Swiss banks.
Description:
- Design, build and execute load and performance scenarios to validate the performance of major applications against their non-functional requirements.
- Monitor the systems during execution and/or analyse log files to confirm performance, or to identify deviation
Essential experience:
- Over 5 years of experience with Performance testing and Performance engineering
- Extensive experience with application monitoring
- Good experience with test design and execution for performance testing with REST, Web Services and Mobile devices
Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience with application monitoring (Precise i3 would be nice to have)
- Must have is HP LoadRunner/Performance Center and Other performance tools are a plus.
- Performance monitoring and tuning capabilities (at least working experience with one performance monitoring tool, ideally Precise i3)
- Fluent English, spoken and written
Nice to have:
- SQL
- Java development experience
- SPLUNK
- Financial Services application experience
- German
