for a Senior .NET Developer (f/m) in Markets (Investment Banking)

Project environment

A Swiss Private Bank.

Tasks

• Leading and owning System Development Projects and Initiatives (in the domain of Markets).
• Developing Microservices in C# / .NET to automate business processes in the Structured Products (Equity /FX) area Evolution of Message oriented distributed architecture.
• Relational and/or Document oriented Databases.
• IT Development of various Interfaces (e.g. interfaces form trading systems / trading tools and downstream systems, Middle Office and Back Office, document generation systems).

Requirements

• Strong track record as Senior Developer (minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience).
• Strong program language skills: C#, .NET, WCF, JSON, XML, MS-SQL Server, Entity Framework, MS Visual Studio, Message Oriented Middleware.
• Extensive skills and experience in System Development and IT Platforms and IT Architecture, Benchmarks.
• Good experience in the Structured Products and Derivative Domain (FX and Equities); financial services.
• Solid track record to deliver good high quality Systems for key user groups, e.g. Trading, Sales and Middle Office (applying structured approach / methodologies, e.g. Agile, prototyping).
• Experienced with Agile Methodologies.
• Beneficial skills: MongoDB, RabbitMQ, IIS, Continuous Integration (CI), Teamcity, SubVersion, Test Driven Development (TDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), Agile Methodologies, IBM WebSphere MQ, Resharper, Functional Language Concepts.

Soft skills

• English is a must, German would be a plus.
• Good experience to work in an international, dynamic and diversified environment.
• Strong communication skills, well-developed stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Able to lead and coach developers.
• Very motivated individual who enjoys new challenges.
• Able to work independent / taking ownership.
