Senior IT Change Manager - Pharmaceutical/GxP environment
On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel, we are looking for a Senior IT Change Manager with fluent English skills.
This is long term contracting assignment starting ASAP until end of 2016.
In this challenging position, you will plan and execute communication activities to ensure organizational readiness and seamless adoption of the solution to be delivered by the project. Furthermore, the Senior IT Change Manager will also collaborate and ensure alignment with the change and adoption management team of the program.
To be the best at this role, it would help a great deal if you have the following qualifications:
- Min. 5 years' experience in Global Project/Change Communications versed in Change Management and Project Management methods and tools that can be adapted and executed hands-on in a new environment
- Min 5 years' experience in creating communication in different media - written (blogs etc.), videos etc.
- Good experience with Branding (presentations, blogs, newsletters etc.) within corporate guidelines
- Technical and logistical experience of managing websites, Intranet sites and collaboration platforms (highly recommended)
- Strong planning and organizational skills incl. the ability to prioritize and organize high volume workflow and follow a project through to completion, ensuring attention to detail etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively in virtual meetings and establish a positive relationship with stakeholders through Telephone/Video Conference
- Strong abilities in relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills such as good persuasion skills at all management levels
- Ability to work independently
- Drug development knowledge
- Experience with Entimo/EntimICE
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (ideally native/fluent speaker)
