For our pharmaceutical client in Basel, we are seeking a 2nd level Supporter
Start Date: 7th March 2016
End Date: 31st December 2016
Location: Basel
Languages: English & German (fluent in both)
Your Role:
- Provide IT support - onsite or by phone - for incidents related to computers/video conferencing/collaboration tools/mobile devices
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve reported incidents
- Ensure the delivery of services, according to agreed service levels
- Transparent, reliable and flexible process with customer service focus
- Adhere to ITIL processes
- Contribute to the Knowledge Database
Your Experience:
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- 2-4 years 1st/2nd level Support
- Strong analytical skills
- Supporting:
- OS - Windows 7/Mac
- Microsoft Office
- Google Suite
- Mobile solutions - iOS based
- Webex
- Mobileiron
