Quality Assurance Specialist, Switzerland, Rolle, €, 12 monthsI am currently recruiting for a worldwide consultancy that specialises in the software delivery of projects for the automotive industry.
The successful Quality Assurance Specialist will execute plans, designs and deploys effective test suites. The chosen candidate must apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate and resolve systems/software application issues through careful testing to ensure products conform to specifications.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Create and execute test scripts, test plans, use cases and scenarios that will determine optimal system/product performance according to specifications
- Collaborate with analysts, designers and system owners in testing new software programs and applications
- Evaluate, plan, design, develop and deploy testing techniques for new applications, prodcts, and enhancements to existing applications
- 5-8 years Quality Assurance or computer related experience
- Solid understanding of QA goals and objectives
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Exceptionally self-motivated, directed and detail oriented
