German speaking Business Analyst/Data Analyst
Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a German speaking Business Analyst/Data Analyst who can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Act as business analyst to source data for litigation from various structured and unstructured providers
- Specify, document and implement the individual sourcing per request for a sustainable implementation with audit trail
- Update and maintain operational trackers with the accurate sourcing/collection specific information
- Responsible for the communication to the stakeholders
- Responsible for all internal and external reporting activities
- Build up expert knowledge in for a subject matter or specific data source
Must skills
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in project environment
- Banking industry experience
- Experience in audit, compliance or highly regulated and sensitive areas
- Proficient ability to manage stakeholders with different seniorities and from different areas
- Strong ability to cope with pressure, motivation and high degree of flexibility
- Strong sense of ownership, works independently, is proactive
- High client- and service-orientation as well as attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and German
Desired:
- Experience in data management
- Sound knowledge of Financial Products and Private Banking processes
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in use of all MS Office applications
- Good organizational skills as well as a very precise, structured and efficient work approach
