Whitehall Resources are currently looking for Contract CRM Project Manager to be based in Switzerland.

Role Description
- Subject Matter Expert for all CRM TA modules
- Act as Project Manager for TA deployments across 20+ Countries
- Support 20+ countries and clusters in performing their realignments
- Manage the clients CRM TA tools
- Participate in Architecture reviews
- Participate actively in enhancing the clients solution landscape
- Decides what can be supported by the central team and what needs support from the external vendor
- Engages directly and regularly with an external vendor to review open topics pertaining to the CRM TA Solution
- Performs Business Analysis with the Local Operating Countries to capture their unmet requirements
Requirements
- Proven Pharmaceutical experience and involvement in a country's alignments and realignments
- Experience defining dimensions that a Pharma realignment requires (Territories, TAs, Products, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding of CRM systems and Commercial IT architecture
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Veeva platform strongly preferred
- Understanding of Sales & Marketing processes and data in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate Commercial business needs into different scenarios for technical implementation
- Understands how IT efforts are tied to achievement of business goals
