Introduction:Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30'000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Role:
-An interesting role to liaise with business and technical team members in order to determine the solutions to business needs
-A role to develop functional specifications, presentations and documents according to requirements from business
-Responsibility to analyse, design, test and support the implementation of technical solutions that address the changing functional requirements of the IRD's and FX/PM options business on a middle-Back Office related Murex platform
-The possibility to work in a dynamic environment within investment banking middle- and back- office
-Analysis, incident resolution and consulting tasks
-Involvement in 3rd level support for production issues
Responsibility:
-Good system knowledge of Murex 3.1, preferably Back Office and accounting modules.
-Several years' experience in a similar role within a large financial institution in a trading/Back Office environment
-Drive, pro-active work approach and good communication skills
-Ideally solid knowledge of treasury or FX Back Office processing, focusing on OTC derivatives for FX and PM products as well as for IRD's.
-Computer literacy and an interest in technical innovations (knowledge of XML (FPML) and SQL is a plus)
-Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent
-Good communication skills in English, German would be an additional advantage
