Next Ventures are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a long-term contract in Basel.
The Senior Business Analyst will be part of the eTMF (Electronic Trial Master File) Informatics project team, working on state of the art document management solutions. As Senior Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the needs of our customers in the Clinical Operations are elicited, understood, clearly documented, verified and translated into meaningful and value adding business solutions.
Tasks:
- Drive transformation of business requirements into functional specifications (ie bridging between the Business and the Informatics community)
- Work closely with Business Solution Manager and other business analysts, Integration and Solution Architects to ensure successful transformation of business requirements and technical design/solution
- Consult end user groups to transform and innovate business processes and its representation with the appropriate technical solution and advocate harmonization and change
- Consult Informatics team with input into operational delivery, planning and cross project alignment
Required Skills:
- 4-7 years of experience as Business analyst
- Strong systems, user and functional requirements analysis and technical skills and proven skills in document authoring under Computer Systems Validation processes, (eg User Requirements Specification, Functional Specifications)
- Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills (written and verbal in English, other languages are plus)
- Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical Regulatory and Clinical processes
