Software Developer - C# - 80% wanted for our client from the pharmaceutical sector based in Luzern.
Your tasks:
- Supporting software developers resolving problems related to MS platforms
- Coordinating the processing of problem tickets according to SLA
- Surveying on customer satisfaction as well as monthly reporting
- Escalating to and cooperating with MS engineers onsite or via MS ticketing system
Your experience/skills:
- Higher national diploma in IT or similar subject
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Expertise in MS programming languages (mainly C#), Visual Studio, Build System (MSBuild, MSTest) and MS Team Foundation Server
- Certificates in MCSA or MCSE, MCTS Visual Studio and/or MCSD Application Lifecycle Management are and advantage
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (mainly Windows 7, Windows Embedded)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, conversational German, Spanish is advantageous
