Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3409 for a Java Development Lead (f/m)Project environment
A Swiss Private Bank.
Tasks
• Align with the Project Lead to lead the Development Stream technically.
• Requirements Engineering, Cost Estimation and creation of a detailed Solution Design of Tasks & Notifications application (T&N) backend system.
• Lead the Java Development Team and staff from technology suppliers (TEMENOS, Appway) technically.
• Write code and implement requirements.
• Align with Solution-Architect/Enterprise-Architect to support decision making.
• Support the project stakeholder with Agile Methodology Knowledge and best practices, but respect the waterfall-driven organizational constrains.
• Create interface agreement and specification to integrate task and notification source systems.
Requirements
• Experienced Java Enterprise Software Architect with at least 6 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions in the finance industry.
• Strong in Software Design and Java EE-Programming with experience in programming to the latest software engineering standards.
• Experienced in programming with CSS and HTML.
• Many years of experience in leading Development Teams and Supplier.
• Strong in Analysis & Design of new requirements and business ideas.
• Strong in Database Design and Programming (Oracle).
• Strong in Analysis of non-functional requirements.
• Strong in Effort Estimations.
• Strong in Communication and Decisions Making. Must initiate and influence decision making in large organizations.
• Java EE, IREB or ISTQB certificates are a plus.
Soft skills
• German language skills. Fluent and confident talking and writing in English.
• Able to manage complex stakeholder scenarios in an integration-project setup to create and communicate decisions.
