For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
Senior IT Consultant/Business Analyst (50%)
About the project:
Global Regulatory Complexity Management Program - Supports reliable and efficient supply of medicines by advancing our client's ability to proactively manage the regulatory aspects of dossiers, technical changes and artworks.
For this program the client is looking for a consultancy support to conduct an IT Impact Assessment and Business Analysis.
Main tasks:
- To understand, document and size the future needs (IT projects) and implications across multiple IT domains and program workstreams
- Strategy & concept to address pain points across multiple IT domains
- Identify needs (incl. interfaces) between systems by workstream
- Create to-be IT concept, communicate and test with workstreams
- Identify and clarify synergies to running IT projects
- Prepare communication for system partners (to create awareness and manage expectations like sourcing support)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences or similar with at least 5 years of business analysis experience in multiple areas of business domain and technology
- 3-5 years minimum of experience in the area of Regulatory Affairs including the associated application landscape, with good knowledge of Regulatory industry standards desired
- Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical Regulatory processes, including knowledge and appreciation of scientific Regulatory affairs, ethical and compliance principles
- Strong systems, business, user and functional requirements analysis, including conceptual thinking, information management analysis and architecture
- Strong project sizing experience (effort estimation, costs, FTI's, timelines)
- Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills (written and verbal in English) and ability to work outside the standard office hours and according to different time zones as required.
