For one of our clients, a worldwide renowned Bank based in Zürich, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Team Leader - Credit/Risk area.
This is a one (1) year contract in Zurich with a preferred starting date March 2016.
In order to be considered for this position, you will possess the following skills and experience:
+6 years similar experience as a Team leader
Strong banking know how with focus on Credit and relevant products
Knowledge in following products: Credit risk monitoring, Limits, Collateral Management, Margin requirements, stress testing, Loans/Mortgages, Guarantees/Letters of Credit, Pledges, Credit check, Internal compliance checks, Market risk, Operation risk, Fraud & Transaction Monitoring
T24 knowledge preferred
Good general Private Banking expertise
Strong leadership experience
Fluency in English, German is an advantage
Fluency in English, German is an advantage
You will be responsible for the following:
Define staffing needs for the team (SMEs, application responsible)
Define detailed tasks/deliverables for the team
Provides guidance and direction to all parties involved
Manage sub team with Business coach, T24 Business Consultant, SMEs and coordinate with other sub team leads
Status reporting on the progress/budget/actuals/forecast to the Business team head
Owner of business architecture, use cases and requirements
Execute GAP analysis
Ensure high quality of use cases and requirements
Ensure high quality of GAP descriptions and solutions as basis for the cost estimation
