Support: first line, windows, blackberry, software installation
I have a 1st Line Support contract available in Bern, Switzerland. We're looking for a personable, communicative candidate who collaborates with team members easily. The only language requirement is English, though German may prove to be advantageous.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily 1st line incident and troubleshooting
- Follow-up and support for different types of technologies or network environments
- Installation and configuration of network environments, voice and peripherals on request
- Maintaining customer service and availability
- Telephony (Fixed phone, Cell phone, Blackberry mobile)
- Access Control (Granting access on Windows file systems)
- Deliver support on the following categories
- General networking issues, VPN, Switches, printers
- Software installation (Windows 7/XP, MS Office, Outlook)
- Desktop and laptop installation
- User management for infrastructure
