For our client in Basel, we are seeking a VBA/SAP Reporting Specialist (80%)
Start Date: 25th January 2016
End Date: 31st May 2016
Location: Basel/Remote

Your role:
- To create highly formatted standard resource and cost reporting graphs
- Download Excel/ppt/pdfs to distribute to business partners; adding notes/comments/textboxes
- Manual exclusion of specific cost centres, themes, sites and graphs from each graph or from the whole report; self- service customisation of reports with filters
- Manually enter data which is not in the system; targets for HC or costs
- Access right control to graphs, according to the role within Finance; global vs local reports
