Beschreibung

We are currently looking for a Windows 10+ Communications Expert for a global company based near Basel (Switzerland), this is a short term contract.

Purpose:

During the Initiate and Define phase, you will support the Windows 10+ OCM lead and other project streams with generating communications material for various media (slides, targeted emails, newsletters, g+ forum posts etc.) and support preparation and execution of kick-off workshops; furthermore, support OCM lead to formulate a plan on how to involve the stakeholders in the regions and the business functions; support definition of communication strategy and prepare defined communication material.

During the later project phases, you will prepare the communication templates, the sites will use to communicate with the end-users before, during and after the migrations as well as newsletters, g+ forum posts etc. about the project progress and updates for management.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • You will report to Windows 10+ OCM stream lead
  • You will support other project streams (mostly Application Readiness Stream) by creating communication as required for them
  • Prepare communication material for various communication channels
  • Assist in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings, etc
  • Support preparation and facilitation OCM workshops
  • Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordinate with owners of global channels
  • Write communication targeted to end-users, stakeholders and higher management
  • Prepare overview presentations, newsletter updates etc.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Communication Management preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in workshop facilitation
  • Track record of communications roles in projects of similar complexity
  • Experience in change projects
  • Experience in desktop migration project
  • Certification in change methodologies
  • Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
  • Excellent English language skills (ideally English native speaker or equivalent proficiency); additional languages a plus
  • Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite (esp. gSites and G+ forums)

Please note that experience in working virtually is a must and remote work is an option up to 20%.
