Relationship Manager wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Supplying high quality, timely and standard materials, including reporting and analysis of program status and financial data within the Group Technology
- Providing oversight, supporting and controlling the Group Technology change portfolio, highlight performance, quality assessment and issues
- Appraising the quality of deliverables as well as assisting in management of teams to enable resources to deliver required activities
- Working with the Investment governance stakeholders to ensure internal portfolio management controls are in place
- Creating standard, repeatable reporting models that accurately reflect the status of the change portfolio
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to define and refine reporting offerings in line with the PPC strategy
Your experience/skills:
- Proven, strong client/relation management skills particularly
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowhow in Access and/or SharePoint will be an advantage
- Experience in IT transformation or IT strategy work; or post-merger integration of IT organizations and in working in global enterprise IT management environment
- Excellent understanding of IT functions, processes and organizations as well as familiarity with major functions of Finance organization
- Knowhow in change management and finance experience will be an advantage
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills, attention to detail/data quality, ability to convert "data" to actionable management information
