Your Tasks
- Ensuring stable Avaloq CRM systems running on UNIX Linux RHEL system in large banking environments for several countries
- Administrating Avaloq CRM on UNIX systems (Linux RHEL)
- Managing new software releases
- Deploying Avaloq CRM releases
- Monitoring Avaloq CRM Application during office hours
- Second level support for internal customers
- Providing and supporting new development and integration systems for projects
- Potentially providing On-Call support for some critical banking applications during off office hours
- Cooperation with internal IT teams in resolving different issues
- Ensure adherence to internal IT standards and security guidelines
- Completion of personal daily time-tracking tool entries
- Coordination with other teams
