For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:
NCE Compliance Specialist
To ensure that our client follows and acts accordingly to the applicable laws and regulations as well as to the internal rules, policies, guidelines and standards as decided by the Organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
Security & Compliance PILLAR LEAD: Resolve critical IS/IT Security & Compliance and achieve sustainability.
- Manage stream plan towards sustainability of the global Security and Compliance Index at 90% average across 2016
- Manage stream contribution to global Audits
- Coordinate all cloud governance activities in the stream to remain compliant
- Lead ISMS (ISO 27001:13) for the stream: certifications, expansions, surveillances
- Coordinate Legacy elimination for the stream
- Coordinate internal checks and follow-up actions to confirm consistency
- Manage the stream contributions and impact of Standards
- Coordinate the implementation of RSA Archer for the streams (replacing ISMS Teamroom, CATT and Cloud Teamroom)
- Coach the streams on compliance behaviors, mindset, communication, leading to a coordinated achievement of gate level on compliance foundation
- Internal Control Self-Assessment for the stream
NCE FOUDATIONS PILLAR LEAD: Re-establish the NCE Foundations in GLOBE so NBE is at gate level of maturity at the end of 2016: Goal Alignment & Leadership Development
- Quarterly consolidation of Goal Alignment and Leadership Development maturity in streams across all locations and planning review of improvement activities to end 2016
- Measures: Quarterly review, development, contribution based on Quarterly actuals, Quarterly changes
- Coach NCE foundation practices across teams in stream in the own location to build competencies and drive sustainability
- Root cause mindset: Quarterly review of opportunities, based on Quarterly actuals vs target
- Identify other opportunities to leverage advanced NCE practices in creative ways to address business issues/roadblocks/challenges as well as cross streams/cross location opportunities
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Very good knowledge of

- ISMS/ISO 27001
- Audit Best Practices
- Coaching
- Six Sigma
- Able to Understand the overall notions of "IT as a business" as per the Cobie and ITIL Frameworks
- Understanding of Governance, Compliance and Risk processes and methods in an IT Organisation
- Experience with ISMS - ISO 27001:13 certification and Audit Frameworks.
- Good decision making and judgment skills
- Good communication skills in English (fluent)
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2016 in the first instance.
The client is located on Lake Geneva, in canton of Vaud.
Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
